L'Eglise (Church)

Best day of the week!
It was a beautiful, rainy day with easy-to-catch buses and the cutest sidewalk markets.

I had to work hard at just staying awake through church, but my oh my, when a lesson strikes a cord with you and you know it was inspired, there's no longer a need to try and stay awake.

Sacrament was all about the Book of Mormon. A young man, probably aged 12, got up to speak first. He started out in French then immediately fell into speaking English. Hallelujah! Another American. Then the rest of the three testimonies shared were by a Sister, the Relief Society President, and someone else I can't quite remember. But great day at church!

And then at the bus stop after church, of course I had to take some selfies. And then some with my poster friends.

“Oh, London is a man's town, there's power in the air;
And Paris is a woman's town, with flowers in her hair;
And it's sweet to dream in Venice, and it's great to study Rome;
But when it comes to living, there is no place like home.”
